The Community Awareness Program will offer trainings by qualified individuals who have been educated, certified and who have gained their experiences in the Human Services’ field over an extensive period of time.

HIV/AIDS
HIV can become a deadly disease if you let it. Our HIV/AIDS program is designed to stop HIV from becoming deadly in the body, mind, soul and community. We approach this virus with empathy, love, forgiveness, and without Judge and Jury.

KEEPIN IT REAL..WITH REAL TALK
Keepin’ it Real…With Real talk! is a YOUTH outreach program that goes out to Schools in order to give educational and historic presentations
We also will be setting up a radio broadcast for the youth to come in and participate in live debates. Debate teams will be competing for cash prizes.

PREVENTION
Our Prevention program begins with acknowledging that there is a problem and accepting that every problem has a solution. We begin with the understanding that: “Knowledge is information…Wisdom is knowing how to use it”. Neither can be accomplished without time!

SUPPORTIVE SERVICES
Supportive Services is for women and men who are returning home after paying their debt to society. We assist them in vocational, education and rehabilitation services that leads to long term employment.

ADVOCACY
“An important component is recognizing the oppression experienced by members of racial and ethnic groups and choosing relevant practice models for the family’s need at that time. Practitioners should know that being unwilling to challenge and address oppression in large societal systems is akin to aiding families in adjusting to their oppression. Oppression can never be accepted as normal.”

SISTERS IN SYNC
Sisters In Sync is for women who are willing to regain their position in the community as the Advocates, Humanitarians and Educational Czars.
Sisters In Sync is designed for clearing the path of pain, abuse and destruction of our youth by empowering the women as mentors for young women.

ON MY OWN TWO FEET
On My Own Two Feet is an outreach program that goes out to the jails for those who are in need of Alcohol/Substance Abuse services, and Family Intervention. These individuals need help in finding themselves, their families and their purpose in life. We assist them from a re-socialization perspective.
